The sun was shining and Derby Day kicked off the Melbourne Cup Carnival in fabulous style. Dress code is the slick combination of black and white. Over 90,000 people in attendance joined in the festive spirit of the day. I was on the scene to capture all the stylish action, let’s take a look…

The Melbourne Cup Carnival continues with Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on Tuesday 1 November, Crown Oaks Day on Thursday 3 November and concludes with Emirates Stakes Day on Saturday 5 November.

Tickets are still available for purchase from Flinders Street, Southern Cross and North Melbourne train stations or racegoers can buy online from Ticketek.
