This news has made my day! A re-worked Melbourne Fashion Week will run from 23-29 November. COVID-19 has seen them push the reset button and re-think the ways in which to support our local designers and retailers. This year, for the first time ever, they’ll be presenting a program featuring both digital and in-person events – if COVID-19 restrictions allow.
The 100-per-cent-free event will include an impressive line-up of digitally delivered runways from some of Melbourne’s favourite local designers and emerging fashion talent. They’ll also be presenting digital talks with industry experts as well as some in-person elements, factoring in social distancing restrictions.
Hope you’re hungry! I dropped by newly opened The Collective Dumpling in Toorak Village. This new hot spot serves a delicious mix of northern and eastern Chinese food. Home made dumplings are their speciality. Let’s take a look at some of my delicious snaps – the honey chicken was my absolute fave!
