Opening night!

So adorable! Opening night for The Sound of Music and on the red carpet with the Von Trapp actors before the show. The show was fabulous – it was fantastic to hear all the famous songs live and the talented cast were all outstanding. Playing till 17 March at The National Theater in St Kilda

New store launched: Allure Beauty Room

As Marketing Manager at Blackburn Square, we’re excited to launch the new store of Allure Beauty Room! This is the launch of the first stage of the redevelopment, check out my photos of this gorgeous new salon!

Intergalactic vibes!

The machines have taken over Chapel Street Precinct for Robot SPACEland.

I was living my transformer childhood fantasy roaming around on opening night to grab the images for this story.

This free open air exhibition has four interactive displays. They can be viewed at all hours of the day but the light show happens after dark.

The 17 metre high robot is a must-see with energetic visuals and punchy electronic beats.

Robot SPACEland is on till 31st Jan 2021 around the Chapel Street Precinct.

Melbourne Fashion Week

This news has made my day! A re-worked Melbourne Fashion Week will run from 23-29 November. COVID-19 has seen them push the reset button and re-think the ways in which to support our local designers and retailers. This year, for the first time ever, they’ll be presenting a program featuring both digital and in-person events – if COVID-19 restrictions allow.

The 100-per-cent-free event will include an impressive line-up of digitally delivered runways from some of Melbourne’s favourite local designers and emerging fashion talent. They’ll also be presenting digital talks with industry experts as well as some in-person elements, factoring in social distancing restrictions.

Stay tuned in the coming months for more on M/FW 2020 >> https://mfw.melbourne.vic.gov.au/subscribe/

Delicious hot spot!

Hope you’re hungry! I dropped by newly opened The Collective Dumpling in Toorak Village. This new hot spot serves a delicious mix of northern and eastern Chinese food. Home made dumplings are their speciality. Let’s take a look at some of my delicious snaps – the honey chicken was my absolute fave!
